BASES OF THE CONGRESS.
The Organizing Committee of the 1st Virtual International Congress "Debates on Education and Politics in the XXI century" invites all national and international professionals involved both in working with Education Sciences or related disciplines, whether they are professors, managers and researchers, as well as those actors in Political Sciences in any of their fields of action, to submit papers based on their theoretical-practical and methodological experiences, which represent good practices in their professional performance. The Organizing Committee of the Congress will also receive papers from students of careers related to Educational Sciences and Political Sciences. The extension of the papers must be between 10 to 18 pages in Times New Roman, number 12 to two spaces. The papers will be sent in WORD format.The 1st International Virtual Congress "Debates on Education and Politics in the XXI century" has as main objective to promote a space for scientific exchange, as well as the generation, dissemination, application and updating of knowledge about advances, innovations and results obtained from research scientific studies to face problems that affect the fields of action of Education Sciences at different levels, as well as Political Sciences, all in response to the human and social development of these times. The scientific activities of the 1st Virtual International Congress "Debates on Education and Politics in the XXI century" will be held on september 1st to 3rd, 2021, where three Special Conferences will be given by international specialists in working areas of the Congress. Oral presentations of the approved works will be held in the morning and afternoon hours. These works will be orally presented in up to 15 minutes through our official and professional authorized ZOOM PLAFORM. Individuals or legal entities interested in participating in this 1st Virtual International Congress can do so in two modalities: SPEAKER PARTICIPANT and NON-SPEAKER PARTICIPANT.
I. SPEAKER PARTICIPANT MODALITY.A. CRITERIA FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE PAPERS RECEIVED.1. All papers will be sent to congresoeducacionpolitica2021@gmail.com and in a very short time, the author will receive an evaluation result, and if necessary, authors will be sent recommendations to be made on the paper. After sending back the final version to the Corresponding Committee, the author will receive approval confirmation.2. Once the author receives approval confirmation, he/she must make her registration payment to the Congress in the SPEAKER PARTICIPANT MODALITY. All authors included in the approved paper have to pay for their registration as speakers.3. The payment for registration to the Congress SPEAKER PARTICIPANT MODALITY will be made through the PAYPAL account enabled for this purpose on the main page of this institution. Payment must be completed according to the amount established in the bases of this Congress, and specified below. Immediately upon payment, the author will receive a payment notification sent by PAYPAL; this notification will be forwarded to the Congress email as a reference for the payment made.4. Immediately after the payment is received, the Editorial Committee of the Congress will send the author 3 documents: the Certificate of Non-speaker Participant in the Congress, the Certificate of Speaker Participant in the Congress, and the Certificate of Publication in Dilemas contemporáneos: Educación, Política y Valores journal. In 7 to 10 days before the Congress, the author will receive the Congress Program, that includes days and hours of the oral presentations as well as the three Conferences that will be held during the Congress period.5. All approved papers will be published in two periods; papers received until june 18, 2021 will be published on july 1st Special Edition, and those papers received from june 19 until the closing of the Congress call, they will be published on october 1st, 2021 Special Edition. Papers will be sent with the following requirements and format: a) Title, b) Author (full name preceded by last university degree), c) Abstract (no more than 120 words), d) Key words (up to 5 key words), e) Introduction, f) Development (all authors cited in the text, they must be included in Bibliographic References. ANNEXES will not be used, and any table, graph, or complementary information must be part of the text). g) Conclusions, h) Bibliographic References (all authors cited in the text must be included, numbered and in alphabetical order in APA format), and i) Data of Author (the following information will be included: full name, last university degree obtained, place of work and activity carried out, country and email.
B. OBSERVATIONS.All authors are informed that before submitting their work:1. Strictly comply with the instructions and format mentioned in the previous paragraphs. Any non-compliance can result in the paper being rejected.2. The papers that are presented will be subjected to a rigorous general evaluation process by members of the Editorial Board of the Journal, and those papers that are approved will have to pass a double-blind peer-reviewed rigorous evaluation process by members of the External Scientific Council of the journal.II. NON-SPEAKER PARTICIPANT MODALITY.All individuals or legal entities interested in the NON-SPEAKER PARTICIPANT MODALITY only have to make their payment of $ 1,000.00 Mexican pesos through the PAYPAL account enabled for this purpose on this main page. Payment must be completed according to the amount established in the bases of this Congress, specified below. Immediately upon payment, the author will receive a payment notification sent by PAYPAL; this notification will be forwarded to congresoeducacionpolitica2021@gmail.com as a reference for the payment made. Immediately after the payment is received, the Editorial Committee of the Congress will send the participant the Certificate of Non-speaker Participation, and in 7 to 10 days before the Congress, the participant will receive the Program of Congress, which includes days and hours of both, oral presentations as well as the three Conferences that will be held during the Congress period.
