BASES OF THE CONGRESS.
The Organizing Committee of the 2nd Virtual International Congress on Psychology, Special Education and Health Sciences invites all professionals in Psychology, Special Education, Health Sciences and related disciplines, to send papers based on experiences of theoretical - practical, methodological and research natures, which represent their professional performance. The extension of the papers must be between 14 and 20 pages in Times New Roman, number 12 to two spaces. Papers will be sent in WORD format.Oral presentations of approved papers will take place in the morning and afternoon hours. These papers will be presented in a time of up to 15 minutes through the ZOOM PLATFORM, officially and professionally enabled with this intention. Paper proposals will be accepted until January 7th, 2022. Individuals or legal entities interested in participating in this 2nd Virtual International Congress on Psychology, Special Education and Health Sciences can do so in two ways: SPEAKER and PARTICIPANT.The 2nd Virtual International Congress on Psychology, Special Education and Health Sciences has as its main objective to promote a space for scientific exchange, as well as the generation, dissemination and application of knowledge, about the main advances in the fields of Psychology, Special Education, Health Sciences and related disciplines, in response to nowadays human and social development. The scientific activities of the 2nd Virtual International Congress on Psychology, Special Education and Health Sciences will be held on January 19th, 20th and 21st, 2022, where three (3) Master Conferences will be presented by international specialists in the working areas of Congress.I. SPEAKER MODALITY.A. CRITERIA FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE PAPERS RECEIVED.1. All papers will be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and in a very short time, the author will receive an answer of the evaluation process result. In the event that recommendations are made, they have to be done by the author in order to receive paper confirmation approval and to be presented in Congress.2. Once the author receives the notification that his paper was approved for presentation in Congress, he will make his registration payment according to the following: $1800.00 pesos (mexican currency) for professionals, and $650.00 pesos (mexican currency) for undergraduates in the SPEAKER MODALITY. All authors included in the paper approved to be presented at the Congress have to pay their registration as speakers.3. The Congress registration payment for the SPEAKER MODALITY will be made through the PAYPAL account enabled for this purpose on this page and at the end of these indications in the aspect: REGISTRATION COSTS. This payment must be completed according to the amount established in the bases of this Congress, specified below. Immediately upon payment, the author will receive a payment notification sent by PAYPAL, and that notification will be forwarded to the Congress email as a reference to the payment made.4. Immediately after the payment is received, the Editorial Committee of the Congress will send the author 3 documents: Certificate of Participant, Certificate of Paper Oral Presentation, and Certificate of Paper Publication in "Dilemas contemporáneos: Educación, Política y Valores" journal. From 7 to 5 days before the Congress starts, the author will receive the Program of Congress. Papers received until November 30, 2021 will be published in January 1st, 2022 edition, and those papers received from December 1st, 2021 until the closing call for the Congress on January 7, 2022 , they will be published in February 1st, 2022 edition. The papers to be sent to the Congress, they will comply with the following instructions:B. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING PAPER PROPOSALS TO THE CONGRESS.All authors are requested to strictly comply with the instructions mentioned below before submitting their papers:1. The paper must be structured in the following aspects: TITLE, AUTHOR, ABSTRACT, KEY WORDS, INTRODUCTION, DEVELOPMENT, CONCLUSIONS, BIBLIOGRAPHIC REFERENCES, and AUTHOR DATA. It is very important that the following instructions are met:1. In the aspect: AUTHOR, full names of the authors must be written, and preceded by the acronym of their last university degree obtained.2. The aspect: ABSTRACT, can only have a maximum of 120 words.3. The aspect: KEYWORDS, can only contain a maximum of 5 words or phrases.4. Any supplementary information (graph, picture, image, table of content, etc.) must be part of the content of the paper. 5. In the aspect: BIBLIOGRAPHIC REFERENCES, it is mandatory to include "all the authors cited in the text". Failure to comply with this requirement will result the paper being rejected immediately.In the aspect: BIBLIOGRAPHIC REFERENCES, all authors cited in the text must be numbered and ordered alphabetically by the author's 1st lastname. The inclusion of the authors in this aspect: BIBLIOGRAPHIC REFERENCES, will be in APA format.6. In the aspect: DATA OF THE AUTHOR, professionals will only include the following information: a) Full name.b) Last university degree obtained.c) Instituion and professional activity.d) Country.e) Email. For an undergraduate, he will only include the following information: a) Full name.b) Institution where he studies, career, year, country, and email.All papers to be presented to the Congress, they will be subjected to a rigorous general evaluation process by Editorial Board members of "Dilemas contemporáneos: Educación, Política y Valores" journal, and those papers approved, they will be subjected to a double-blind pair-reviewed second evaluation process by members of the External Scientific Council of the Journal.II. PARTICIPANT MODALITY.A person interested in the PARTICIPANT MODALITY, he will make his payment as appropriate: $1000.00 pesos (mexican currency) for a professional, and $450.00 pesos (mexican currency) for an undergraduate, through the PAYPAL account enabled for this purpose at the end of these instructions in the aspect: REGISTRATION COSTS. The payment must be completed according to the amount established in the Bases of Congress, specified below. Immediately upon payment, the author will receive a payment notification sent by PAYPAL; this notification will be forwarded to the Congress' email: email@example.com as reference the payment was made. Immediately after the payment was received, the Editorial Committee of the Congresswill send the participant the Certificate of Participation, and in 7 to 5 days before the Congress, he will receive the Program of Congress.
